PRIMARY PURPOSE:

 

The Human Resources Compensation Specialist is responsible for setting-up appointments, completing and processing paperwork for all new hires and existing employees in the district.  Communicate salary information for all new and existing employees in a timely manner. Maintain employee files in accordance with state and federal laws.
